California Teenage Republicans ("TARS") is a subcommittee of CCR. CATARs is the premier conservative grassroots organization for teenagers and on high school campuses in California. We recruit, train, and empower Teenage Republicans to combat liberal bias, and help to elect Republicans throughout our state. It is our mission to have every Teenage Republican in our ranks practiced with the principles of hard work, have the courage to promote Republican values, and the vision to effect change everywhere they go.
