The Board of Directors sets the vision of the organization and appoints the members of the Executive Committee to carry out the vision and day-to-day operations of the organization. Members of the Board of Directors are elected by the general membership.
The Executive Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors and is charged with executing their vision and running day-to-day operations.
